Youth Outeach
One of the band's objectives is to promote interest in, and encourage the study of music, in the district of Muskoka, among people of all ages. We are committed to supporting youth in our community in their musical endeavours, particularly as funding for the arts in our schools wanes.
We also support up and coming local concert band musicians through our bursary program, perform joint concerts with school bands, invite young performers to join us as guest soloists and are very excited to announce the launch of our new Youth Band in the fall of 2015!
